(Construction) - As part of the high-ranking delegation from the Party and State, led by General Secretary and President To Lam, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi participated in a State visit to Cuba from September 25 to 27. During this visit, he held discussions with Oscar Pérez Oliva Fraga, the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment and Co-Chairman of the Vietnam-Cuba Intergovernmental Committee (ICC), as well as with René Antonio Mesa Villafaña, the Cuban Minister of Construction.

(Construction) - The Japan Association of Construction Skilled Workers (JAC), an organization promoting appropriate environment for foreign construction workers, signed a "Memorandum of Cooperation on Human Resource Development in the Construction Sector" with five Vietnamese universities on August 2. This agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in training and recruitment activities for individuals aspiring to work in the construction industry in Vietnam. The memorandum facilitates the introduction of these universities as potential partners for JAC's member organizations seeking to conduct foundational skills training and recruitment initiatives in Vietnam.

(Construction) - On June 21, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held a conference to appraise the project to adjust the Master Plan for the construction of Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, Thua Thien Hue Province, to 2045, at a scale of 1/10,000. Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van, Chairman of the Council, chaired the conference.
